Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

When will I receive my item(s)?

All items should be received within 1-4 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.

Average delivery time to USA is 7-14 days.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our catalog page then click the product you like and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- Orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped out from our facility.

Where are my items coming from?

Although our fulfillment house is located in United States, some of our
specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
Germany, United Kingdom and China.
